I don't think I've ever been mentioned in a video before. Bravo on saying my name right the first time without me explaining. That's a first also. The intent is just Nomen, with "In," as in "without name."
I could tell before I started from context that your intent was deeply kind, so I forced myself to watch, but I want to start by saying it was very hard for me. I can't do telehealth easily, and I don't do voice chat/phone/twitch etc, even with parents. I don't even listen to voice mails, I rely on transcription. Music hits me weird, I think I have some kind of audio processing bug in my brain.
I'm also apparently autistic. Which is a whole other discussion, and I only share to perhaps provide explanation and context. Sorry for the wall of text XD
Some more context:
I feel the fury of being censored as you do. I'm shadowbanned on twitter. For sure. And youtube censored me a number of ways and times. It's deleted no doubt hundreds of comments before I realized it was deleting them after I posted then without telling me. I made a few videos about it FWIW.
Also I agree about self care, some things are worth it. I'm that way with coffee. I put in the effort to make good cups, USB burr grinder (thanks brad), pour over, paper filters, whole bean, gooseneck kettle, vials, but still once you have those it's just tap water and walmart cheapy dunkin' beans so it's not a huge thing.
But it means a lot. There's direct comfort, and also pride. When you see genuine shock on a person's face when they try your coffee. Or when someone who says they don't like coffee drinks it daily after having sampled yours XD
But yea, anyway thanks for the mention, I'm glad I helped nudge you into making a video. I'll do videos again someday too if I can rebuild a station to make them from hehe.
